Original decor, the staff was willing to help.

This place was seaside and had ideal staff and location, I liked it. Large bedrooms and amazing pool. It was centrally located in a commercial area.
-
Incredible location, lovely breakfast, genuinely professional staff and good wi-fi. The room was individual, individual and the bed was very comfy. Luxury hotel conveniently located in the city. Moreover, it's just next door to transport links and shops. Good value for cost, you're getting fantastic service.
-
Recently renovated place, you know. The location is cosy, nice service, the staff is unobtrusive. Different food options are available for English breakfast.

I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely book here again. Warm cuisine.

Newly renovated place, I enjoyed to be here.
The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the restaurant was trendy and had plenty of food. Room had a so clean bathroom and coffee and soundproof windows. They made my stay really enjoyable. The shops and the markets were right next door.
-
Modern design and location in the fairly good area. The entire staff were eager to help and committed. Variety of food for breakfast, food was perfect. Also, Z-arts was max 5 minutes walk to. The stay at this remarkable hotel was a fantastic one.

Good bed, palatial room, magnificent, gorgeous breakfast. And it also had magic view. The staff did all they can for a pleasant stay. Neat place and admirable service. Our accommodation was set in a very central location. Well laid out hotel, 15 km from Manchester airport.
-
We loved the very central location and how spotless the place was kept. The full English breakfast was a bonus. The bed was really comfy and there were coffee and air conditioning. Such phenomenal staff. Location in a shopping area.
-
Cibo, that serves freshly made dishes, is literally 200 m away. On arrival the staff were lovely. The room spotless and the beds were comfortable...

Great people working here, delicious breakfast. Kudos to receptionist. We enjoyed our room with Wi-Fi. By the way, WiFi fee is GBP 15 per 24 hours.
-
Good location, Walking distance to town centre and near lots of bars + parking just across the road

Location
Not acceptable for a hotel of this calibre (nad cost!) to charge such extortionate prices for wi-fi. And a lumpy hollow mattress in a room that cost £150 a night. And a smell of damp in the bathroom. And sound of plumbing from the neighbouring rooms. A pretty poor experience overall. Just ok for a 1 night stay - but not good for any more.

Location
Executive lounge was dirty and badly administered. Toilets dirty.
